Ora, chiuso il mio momento da VJ di MTV dei poveri, volevamo segnalarvi l'ennesimo video svedese che non capiamo né approviamo.
Ovvero: inizia come qualcosa che potrebbe sembrare simpatico (Json e Eric che giocano alla play, due tizie che quasi li limonano, loro che fanno notare che stanno finendo una *importantissima* partita alla play e loro che li mandano a fanculo dicendo che dovrebbero trovarsi un lavoro) e poi inizia il delirio.
Volano su una città, guidano macchinoni su strade a 4 corsie (ora che ci penso potrebbe essere la Milano - Bergamo.) e poi vanno ad un party pieno di fighe.
Ora.
Amore mio.
Da quasi laureato in comunicazione a cantante pop fresco di ESC.
Non hai la faccia da cazzaro, né sei abbastanza sciolto, quindi amore mio. Chiamami. Ti do io qualche consiglio per sistemare la tua immagine da pop star.

I wanna riot

Ola ha sfornato da poco il video per Riot. Noi siamo grandissimi fan di svedesi-fighi-che-fanno-un-video, quindi in teoria dovremmo essere contenti. In pratica nemmeno per un po'.
Se una canzone si intitola Riot una persona normale si aspetta risse, inquadrature di Ola, sangue, inquadrature di Ola, gente che spacca roba, inquadrature di Ola, polizia e... ah, sì, altre inquadrature di Ola.

La realtà purtroppo è diversa. Il video ha un'introduzione troppo lunga, dove c'è gente (che chiamerò "i boss") che mostra le proprie action figures preferite (chi la mummia, chi la bambolina voodoo...) e il tutto è sottotitolato in GIAPPONESE.

Ola si avvia verso quello che dovrebbe essere un club e... ci sono dei robot che ballano. L'inquadratura torna alla sala dei boss e uno di loro spinge in avanti l'action figure mummiesco. E indovinate un po'? Delle mummie iniziano a ballare nel club. Poi scendono in campo anche le bamboline voodoo e via, cercano di eliminarsi tutti tra loro. Credo abbiano vinto le mummie.

In tutta questa inutilità abbiamo capito una cosa: i frammenti di vetro spaccati da Eric sono stati usati per decorare la giacca di Ola [cit.]

A sorpresa, nuove hit, vecchie hit, ma zero svedesi (circa.)!

E porca miseria che estate piena di hit fichissime!
In realtà oggi volevo introdurre una canzone nuova di pacca di un ex partecipante dell'ESC, ma mi sento in dovere di presentare tanta roba a caso, compresa una canzone del 2006 che sto cantando da giorni e direi che rappresenta il ballo dell'estate. Insomma, l'estate 2011 è un po' revival!

In pratica ho due canzoni americane, una israeliana e una... beh. Non lo dico perché lo dovrete scoprire.
Il punto è che RedOne did it again e ha preso una tizia un po' Crudelia De Mon, esagerata, pazza, un po' rock'n'roll e l'ha prodotta.
Il risultato è Porcelain Black e la sua This is what rock 'n roll looks like che a me pare tutto tranne che Rock. Nel senso che, sì, dai, è molto rockeggiante il suo aspetto, ma è RedOne e sappiamo che produce tutt'altro. Quindi è un po' una commistione di elementi, ma lei rimane figa da morire.
E un po' mi diverte l'idea del video, molto teenage drama, molto telefilm fuffa, molto... boh, ma alla fine quando una puttanella dissacra le cheer leaders è sempre bello!

Dopodiché Joe Jonas è andato dal parrucchiere e si è fatto rasare via la ciuffa o tutti quei troppi capelli pieni di brillantina, poi è andato dallo stylist, si è fatto infighettare tutto, è diventato questo ragazzo abbastanza apprezzabile (ho una citazione della sorella di una mia amica che lo trova finalmente figo - ma anche io non è che lo disprezzi), ha guardato i fratelli e ha detto "ma cosa ci faccio io con un diciottenne orribile e un sessantenne sfigato?". E quindi, mentre i Jonas Brothers torneranno comunque prima o poi come un gruppo, ora come ora c'è Joe, singolo, che già avevo visto con questo look nel fantasmagorico telefilm "Hot in Cleveland", che canta See no more scritta, purtroppo, con quel cane di Chris Brown. (Ovvero: sì, è un idiota perché ha pestato Rihanna, è un idiota perché continua a combinarne una dietro l'altra e in più è un cane a recitare - l'ho visto in The OC - e se c'è una cosa che mi dà fastidio di un americano è quando parla inglese tagliando le parole e sembrando un coglione. E scusate le parole, ma porca miseria!)

A volte ritornano. E grazie a Dio lo fanno dopo un coming out.
Ricodate Harel Skaat? Lui, amore nostro bellissimo, appena tornato a casa dall'ESC è andato a dire a tutti di essere gay. Non ricordo chi ma qualcuno mi ha detto "ma cantava tutte le canzoni al femminile! Le dedicava alle ragazze! Non può essere gay". But still, io posso cantare Heavy Metal Lover di Gaga, dire "I can be your girl" e non esserlo. Dopotutto è un testo, lo si impara a memoria e si finge di crederci, suvvia!
Detto ciò. Harel è andato a visionare tutti i Pride di Stoccolma degli ultimi 15 anni, poi è andato da Dana International, Tove Styrke, Veronica Maggio, i Le Kid, ha contattato una decina di porno attori israeliani ed eccone il risultato: Tihiye li ahava che è traducibile come "l'amore mi aspetta". E in pratica dice che troverà l'amore ora che conosce meglio sé stesso e quindi iea.

In chiusura: la mia canzone dell'estate. Ovvero la cosa che sto cantando da giorni saltellando per casa.
È una canzone che io ed Erika conosciamo dal 2006, che abbiamo sempre valutato nel suo contesto, ma ora, dopo averla riascoltata in un momento di nostalgia, credo di poterle dare la palma d'oro come trashissima canzone dell'estate. La famosa storiella del contrappasso, ecco.

Partiamo dall'inzio. Mi sono religiosamente dedicata a non tollerare Gualazzi da febbraio a oggi, criticando la sua canzone -e non solo, mi sa- e contemporaneamente ho adorato i 3js (sul blog credo non ci sia traccia di questa adorazione, ma vi basti sapere che ho guardato TUTTE le loro prove facendo troppe foto e sono anche andata alla prima conferenza stampa, dove ho addirittura ascoltato quello che si diceva. Praticamente è amore).
Ecco, alla luce di tutto ciò sono profondamente perplessa. Infatti i quattro esemplari di bipedi (e volevo scrivere vispi ma magari anche no) registreranno una canzone insieme. Questa voce girava già da maggio, ma io pensavo fosse appunto una voce! Invece no, ormai è ufficiale e io non riesco a farmene una ragione.
Per colorare un po' il post infilo qua un video dei 3+1 che cantano. Questo video mi ha fatto capire che la canzone è intollerabile chiunque la canti e poi basta, ho chiuso non avendo il coraggio di guardare gli altri 7 minuti.


(ah, un'ultima cosa. Cari siti italiani, possiamo smetterla di dire che Gualazzi ha vinto il premio della giuria tecnica? Smettiamola, sul serio. All'esc non esiste un "premio della giuria tecnica", checché ne dica il sito ufficiale di Gualazzi. Esiste solo il voto della giuria, ma non dà diritto ad alcun premio di sorta, nemmeno ad un buono sconto nei supermercati Rewe)

Siccome siamo stati minacciati da qualcuno, torniamo con un altro bellissimo post! In realtà è perché io ed Erika siamo in fermento per la mia festa di laurea e... no, dai, non accampiamo scuse, solo che è difficile trovare argomenti di cui parlare mentre l'ESC è in pausa.
Quindi abbiamo quattro nuovissime e fantasticissime canzoni pour vous!
Partiamo dall'uomo che tutti sognamo, colui che ha spaccato piastrelle a Så ska det låta come se fosse il tonno riomare. Colui che se mi dovesse cantare in svedese nelle orecchie non so cosa combinerebbe e che è stato in Nepal a biciclettare come un pazzo - quindi figuratevi che polpacci.
Sì, perché Martin Stenmarck ha una bellissima canzone fuori da qualche settimana. Si intitola Tonight's the night e lui dice, testuali parole, let's go wild. Non dirlo due volte.

Aggiungo che abbiamo visto il sottonominato con la fidanzata a qualche festa svedese. E stavamo per morirci. Bah.

L'ultimo svedese - poi ci sarà una ragazza che non c'entra con la Svàzia - è Eric Amarillo. Ovvero metà Attic. Che ricordo di aver bollato come "inutile" al primo ascolto, ma dopo averlo risentito più e più volte su rixfm mi chiedo che cazzarola avessi sentito allora. Forse era solo lo snippet e me n'ero fregato? In ogni caso gli svedesi lo danno come tormentone estivo. Io aspetterei settembre per dirlo - sai mai quanti cd/singoli possano uscire nei prossimi mesi!

Ultima e meno utile è... Melanie C! Per un fattore di nostalgia. È appena tornata con una canzone che cita la Yugoslavia del 1989 e io sono sempre stato un grande fan di lei. E ora eccola, di nuovo, con questo fichissimissimo singolo per i campionati di calcio femminile di whatever. Su, non posso mica ricordarmi roba di calcio!
